Florencia Tossutti is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the General Manager at Epicurean Management Limited since August 2023. Previously, Florencia held the position of General Manager at Percy's from September 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included front-of-house setup and management of point-of-sale systems. Prior roles include Restaurant Manager at El Gaucho International, overseeing day-to-day operations, and at Black Sheep Restaurants, managing restaurant operations while enhancing guest satisfaction. Florencia's foundation in hospitality began as Housekeeping Supervisor and Front Desk Receptionist at Emperador Hotel Buenos Aires and includes experience in restaurant management at Florería Atlántico, recognized as one of the World's 50 Best Bars. Educational qualifications include a Licenciatura in Tourism and Hospitality from Universidad Nacional de Quilmes and a Técnico Superior en Hotelería from Instituto Agustina Bermejo.
