Marvin knows great food brings people together and teams collaborate best around a shared meal. He believes that by providing complete transparency with the clients, they foster a relationship of trust. Marvin began his career in foodservice in 1982 with a small catering company based in San Francisco. He moved up from service to operations management, and, applying his degree in Engineering, Chemistry, and Business, he moved to the financial side of food. He works with enthusiasm and rigor to fulfill his customers’ needs, and provide the detail and data each client deserves. As a native San Franciscan, Marvin appreciates the coast, the beach and the history of the area. At home, he enjoys creating gluten-free meals for his family.
