Tessa Firestone has a diverse work experience starting in 2018. Tessa began as a Health Unit Coordinator at Upmc Shadyside Hospital, where they efficiently managed patient/visitor calls and provided professional assistance. Tessa also maintained detailed patient records and provided personalized service to doctors, nurses, and patients. In 2019, Tessa joined the University of Pittsburgh as a Teaching Assistant, where they organized classroom materials, set up equipment, and provided detailed explanations and demonstrations of lab experiments to students.
