Andrew Fisher O.b.e.

Andrew Fisher O.B.E. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Chair for Superstruct Entertainment, Rightmove, and Epidemic Sound, Andrew also holds the position of Chair UpBeat Bidco Board and Non Executive Director at Believe. As a mentor at CMi - Chairman Mentors International, Andrew provides guidance to CEOs and senior executives. Previously, Andrew was a Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Marks and Spencer, and a Non Executive Director at Moneysupermarket Group and Merlin Entertainments plc. Notably, Andrew served as Executive Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Shazam from 2005 to 2018 and was a Special Advisor to the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport in 2015-2016, contributing to the BBC Charter Review Advisory Group. Educational background includes a BSc Hons in Economics from Loughborough University.
