Jesper Klang

Jesper Klang is an experienced Salesforce professional currently serving as the Salesforce Tech Lead at Epidemic Sound, where responsibilities include defining the technical vision and strategy for the Salesforce CRM environment. Prior to this, Jesper held the position of Global CRM Solution Lead at Svea Solar, focusing on architecture and design for Field Service & Service Cloud solutions. Jesper also contributed as a Lead Trainer at Blue Road Academy, assisting newcomers in becoming certified Salesforce professionals. Additional experience includes roles as a Salesforce Instructor and Senior Solution Consultant at Fluido, as well as varied CRM roles at St1 Sverige AB, starting from Customer Service Agent to CRM Developer.
