Ralf Osteroth is an experienced professional in the media and influencer marketing sectors, currently serving as the Country Manager DACH at Epidemic Sound since February 2025, where Ralf focuses on enhancing the soundtracking experience for brands and creators. Previously, Ralf was the Managing Partner at ENKIME from August 2023 to June 2024, dedicated to empowering creators through a strong network and expertise in content creation. As CEO at PICSTARS from April 2019 to January 2023, Ralf facilitated connections between brands and content creators, further expanding the platform's reach in Germany. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at STUDIO71 GmbH from April 2015 to December 2018, and participation as a juror in the Social & Influencer category at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in June 2018. Ralf holds a Biology Diploma and a Media Studies/Practice Diploma from the University of Tübingen, obtained between 1991 and 1999.
