Filip Kegels

Filip Kegels is an experienced executive and board member currently serving as a Board Observer at Standing Ovation and a Senior Adviser at Astanor Ventures. Alongside these roles, Kegels is an Advisory Board Member at Hemelaer Meat NV and holds multiple non-executive positions at La Lorraine Bakery Group NV, Drums Food International, and Cherkizovo Group, where Kegels also chairs the Personnel and Remuneration Committee. As the founder of BTF Solutions, Kegels provides consultancy and coaching services. Kegels has previously served as a Non-Executive Board Member and Managing Director ad interim at Michel et Augustin. A former Vice President at Danone, Kegels had a diverse career within the company, overseeing multiple regions including Dairy Asia and Africa. Kegels holds an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD and two Master's degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and University of Antwerp, respectively.
