Joe Dougherty

Joe Dougherty has extensive work experience, beginning in 1996 as an Engagement Manager for PwC. In 2004, they moved to GE Aviation as a Marketing professional. Two years later, they became a Product Manager for GE Transportation. In 2009, they began working for Harsco Corporation, where they held two Vice President positions. In 2015, they moved to Caterpillar and Harsco Metals & Minerals, both as a Vice President. In 2019, they became Chief Operating Officer for Dickinson Fleet Services, LLC. In 2021, they began working as Chief Executive Officer for Penn Power Group. Currently, they are Chief Executive Officer for Epika Fleet Services.

Joe Dougherty received their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1996, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Joe then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan in 2004, majoring in Business/Commerce, General.
