Lorraine Newborn-Palmer

Lorraine Newborn-Palmer is a professional advisory board member at the Epilepsy Foundation. Lorraine has worked as a clinical nurse specialist and educator at MedStar Harbor Hospital and Helix Health from December 1994 to December 1997. Lorraine was also a clinical nurse specialist at the University of Maryland Medical Center/ Kernan Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Hospital from December 2006 to December 2009.
