Thomas Ramzell

Thomas Ramzell has a wealth of experience in project management and technical roles. Thomas started their career in 1996, working as a Helpdesk Manager and Technical Specialist at Manpower. During this time, they took on responsibilities such as 3rd line technician and project leader, and also established a helpdesk.

In 2000, Thomas became a Support Manager at Iquity Systems, where they oversaw both a helpdesk and a operations group in Stockholm and New York. Thomas focused on the strategic aspects of the business and was involved in recruiting, personnel matters, and the day-to-day operations.

Thomas then joined ITEC OBI AB in 2001 as a Support Manager, where they set up a support operation and played a key role in writing process descriptions, implementation documentation, and a helpdesk handbook. Thomas also worked on testing, sales support, and the internal IT environment.

From 2002 to 2004, Thomas worked at Veta AB as a Technical Project Manager and System Owner. In this role, they were responsible for system ownership and project management, as well as maintaining and enhancing the learning platform. Thomas also performed bug fixing tasks for the systems developed.

In 2005, Thomas had two roles simultaneously, serving as an Information Worker Specialist at Telecomputing Sweden AB and a Driftsansvarig at Kentor AB. At Telecomputing Sweden AB, they worked in that position until 2008. During this time, they gained experience in technical support and managed the day-to-day operations.

Additionally, Thomas worked as an Online Manager at Stockholm School of Economics IFL Executive Education from 2011 to 2015. Thomas'sresponsibilities included managing online platforms and systems.

Following this, Thomas joined Comprend in 2015 and worked there until 2020. In this time, they held various roles such as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Solution Architect. Thomas managed major projects for clients and was an Intranet Manager for one of Sweden's largest companies.

Most recently, Thomas Ramzell has been working as a Project Manager at Epinova AB since 2020.

Thomas Ramzell earned a certificate in Projektledning (project management) with a focus on leadership from Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education in 2013. Prior to that, in 2003-2004, they attended Blekinge Institute of Technology, but there is no information available regarding the degree or field of study they pursued during that time.
