Keiko Shinohara

Keiko Shinohara is an experienced executive coach specializing in leadership development for senior executives across various industries including IT and banking/finance. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at both Epiphany Coaches Inc. and May & Company since 2015 and 2018 respectively, Keiko also contributes to the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology as an Instructor at the Career Center, where career training and coaching programs are designed and delivered. In addition, Keiko provides executive coaching and tele-group classes at COACH A Co., Ltd, focusing on leadership communication within Japanese companies. Previous roles include Leadership Trainer/Facilitator at Write It Well and Director of External Affairs at City University of Hong Kong, alongside academic responsibilities as a Lecturer in Economics. Keiko's career began with positions as a Policy Analyst at BC Assets and Land Corporation and Management Consultant at Grant Thornton LLP. Educational achievements include BSc and MA degrees in Economics from the University of Victoria.
