Mandi Michalson

Mandi Michalson, MBA, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product management, formulation, and business analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at 84.51˚ since December 2021, Mandi is responsible for developing use cases and process workflows in collaboration with stakeholders. As the Lead Formulator at Impäkt Organic since 2014, Mandi creates body system therapies for organic skincare, focusing on enhancing wellbeing for individuals dealing with various health challenges. Previously held roles include Senior Business Analyst and System Administrator at Beckett Thermal Solutions, contributing to strategic decision-making through data analysis for various executives, as well as serving as an Intelligence Analyst for the US Army. Mandi holds an MBA in International Business from Kent State University.
