Rashmi Aiyappa is the Founder and Executive Chairperson of epiplex.ai, a technology company focused on creating innovative products that streamline the integration of IT applications for users, with a tenure beginning in June 2005. In parallel, Rashmi Aiyappa serves as the Strategic Global Advisor and Founder of Aashwasan, a group established in the same year aimed at empowering individuals and organizations to explore their core identities through Aashwasan Science®. Additionally, Rashmi Aiyappa is the Founder, Social Innovator, and Managing Trustee of the Aashwasan Foundation, a public charitable trust recognized for its contributions under the Income Tax Act of 1961.
