Hossam Abuzahra

Hossam Abuzahra is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the e-discovery managed services sector. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Epiq since November 2015, Hossam oversees daily operations of the e-discovery managed services production teams, focusing on staff efficiency, workflow refinement, and client satisfaction. Prior to this role, Hossam worked at Iris Data Services, Inc. from November 2012 to October 2015, where responsibilities included managing global project queues, developing team performance, and collaborating with client services to deliver on time and error-free. Hossam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Cairo University, graduated in 2010.
