Rachel Clayton

Rachel Clayton is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in recruiting and staffing within the legal sector. Currently serving as the Director of Recruiting and Staffing at Epiq since May 2017, Rachel has previously held roles as a Recruiting Manager and Legal Recruiter within the same company. Prior to Epiq, Rachel was a Solo Practitioner at Clayton Legal Services from January 2016 to May 2017, and gained valuable legal experience as a Legal Extern at the Missouri State Public Defender Capital Litigation Division and at the Kent County Public Defender's Office. Rachel also has interned at Community Legal Services of Western Michigan and volunteered at the Legal Assistance Center of Kent County. Educationally, Rachel holds a Juris Doctor in Litigation from Cooley Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Women's Studies and History from Central Michigan University.
