Daniella Nartey

Daniella Nartey is an experienced professional in supply chain and logistics management, currently serving as Regional Customer Care Manager at Epiroc since March 2021. Prior to this role, Daniella worked as Imports and Exports Manager at Danone from November 2019 to March 2021 and held the position of Customer Service and Logistics Supervisor for West and Central Africa at Pernod Ricard from January 2014 to November 2019. Daniella's responsibilities included overseeing the timely export and import of products, training logistics coordinators, managing third-party logistics providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities, and resolving customer service issues. Daniella also has experience as a Customer Care Officer at Access Bank (Ghana) Plc. Academically, Daniella holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, along with a BA in Psychology and French from the University of Ghana.
