Dharmesh Mehta

Dharmesh Mehta has over 17 years of experience in various HR roles. Dharmesh is currently serving as the Head - People and Leadership, India at Epiroc, where they are responsible for driving sustainable business growth and collaborating with Unit HR managers. Prior to this, they worked as the Customer Centre HR Manager at Epiroc, overseeing the People and Leadership function for 700+ employees and providing solutions to build high-performing teams. Dharmesh also served as the Plant Human Resources Manager at Epiroc, where they focused on creating curated interventions for people and organizations. Before joining Epiroc, Dharmesh held HR roles at Tech Mahindra Business Services, Varroc Engineering Pvt. Ltd., V Customer, Infosys BPO, WNS Global Services Pvt Ltd, and Students Academy. Dharmesh also worked as a Visiting Faculty at Arihant Group of Institutes, imparting lectures in commerce subjects. Dharmesh started their career as a Customer Service Executive at Mphasis and worked as an Audit Executive at Mehta Shah & Company.

Dharmesh Mehta has a diverse education history. In 2009-2010, they completed a PGCHRM degree in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur. In 2017, they obtained a Certificate of Completion of Mercer Learning in Mercer International Position Evaluation (IPE) from Marsh and McLennan Companies. Prior to these, they completed SSC from S M Choskey High School. Additionally, they earned an M.Com degree in Costing and Management Accounting from the University of Pune. Dharmesh Mehta also has certifications in English Proficiency Advanced C1 from the British Council. Dharmesh has also participated in training programs such as Train The Trainer Participation from Dale Carniege and Practitioner of Emotional Intelligence from Impetus Corporate Consulting. Dharmesh has shown an interest in People Analytics by attending courses at XLRI Jamshedpur.
