Alexia Petetin

Alexia Petetin has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Sidel since April 2001, where responsibilities include setting HR priorities globally for various functions, strategic workforce planning, and supporting senior management with recruitment and development plans. Previously, Alexia held the position of HR Vice President at Gebo Cermex, focusing on HR strategy and talent management across 22 sites. Other roles include HR International Division Director and Site HR Director at both Sidel and DMC - SAIC Velcorex, emphasizing the design and implementation of HR processes and internal communication. Alexia holds a Master's degree in HR/Marketing from Grenoble Ecole de Management and has been actively involved in corporate social responsibility initiatives, earning a gold rating from EcoVadis.
