Erik Bare is an experienced engineering leader with over a decade dedicated to driving portfolio and product development. They began their career as a Project Manager at Inspur Worldwide Services and advanced to Lead Design Engineer at PSM LLC. Erik then served as Engineering Manager at both PSM and Jewell Attachments before taking on the role of Engineering Director for Heavy Attachments at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. Currently, Erik is the Head of Portfolio and Product Development at Epiroc. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
