Hans Schill

Hans Schill is an experienced professional in the fields of digital products and automation, currently serving as the Manager of Digital Products at Epiroc since November 2016. In this role, Hans drives productivity, efficiency, and safety in mining and construction by leading an agile product-focused team. Prior to this position, Hans held various roles at Epiroc, including Director of Customer Solutions for Fleet Monitoring Solutions and Global Business Manager, where responsibilities included building expert teams to enhance automation and digitalization. Hans began career at Atlas Copco, working as Group Manager for SED Applications and Project Manager, overseeing significant automation development projects. Earlier experience includes a lengthy tenure at Saab as a Project Manager, particularly noted for developing communication systems for the Swedish Air Force. Hans holds a Kandidatexamen in Electrical Engineering from Örebro University and a Gymnasieexamen in Electrical and Communication Technology from Rudbeckskolan.
