Justin Schwartz

Justin Schwartz currently serves as Vice President & Chief Counsel for the Americas at Epiroc, leading the legal team in matters such as contracts, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions across North and South America. Prior to this role, Justin held several legal positions at Flex, including Vice President, Deputy General Counsel for Global Operations & Supply Chain, where responsibility included overseeing legal support for over 100 manufacturing sites globally. Justin's experience extends back to Baker Hughes and GE, where roles included Global Sourcing Legal Manager and Lead Sourcing Counsel for GE Oil & Gas, managing legal aspects of global sourcing activities. Justin began a legal career at Schwartz Junell Greenberg & Oathout, LLP. Justin holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
