Kathryn Coetzer

Kathryn Coetzer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, communication, and marketing across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Manager for HR, Communications, and SHEQ at Epiroc since November 2017, Kathryn previously held the role of Regional Communications and Indirect Sales Manager, responsible for enhancing internal and corporate communication and developing indirect sales processes in Southern Africa. Prior to Epiroc, Kathryn worked at Atlas Copco from 2007 to October 2017 in various positions including Corporate Communications & Academy Manager, where responsibilities encompassed communications, employer branding, and skills development initiatives. Earlier career roles include training and administrative positions at Rand-Air. Kathryn holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and multiple qualifications in marketing and human resource management from recognized institutions.
