Paskalia Mumbua

Paskalia Mumbua is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the HR field, currently serving as a Senior Global HR Business Partner in the Parts & Service Division at Epiroc since December 2017. Paskalia has held multiple key positions within Epiroc, including Senior HR Business Partner for East & Central Africa and People & Leadership Manager for EMEA. Prior to Epiroc, Paskalia worked at Atlas Copco Secoroc AB for nearly a decade, progressing from Human Resource Officer to Vice President Human Resources for the Rock Drilling Tools Division. Educational credentials include a BA (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Sunderland, a Master in Human Resources Management from the Open University of Tanzania, a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management, and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from Graffins College. Paskalia also attended the Stockholm School of Economics for additional training in 2021.
