Rafael Gameiro

Rafael Gameiro is a Development Engineer in the R&D Material Department at Epiroc Drilling Tools AB since December 2018, specializing in Steel and Heat Treatment. Prior to this role, Rafael worked as an Engineer at Medbone - Biomaterials, focusing on the development of flexible bone grafts that can adapt to patient needs. Rafael also conducted market analysis on education in Portugal at Institution D. Pedro IV, assessing public opinion on different educational systems, and served as a Research Investigator at Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa, where projects included studying the influence of graphene oxide on aluminum hardness and developing solar cell production methods. Rafael holds a Master's degree in Materials Engineering from Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, completed in 2018.
