Richard Hoyt

Richard Hoyt currently serves as a Software Application Manager at Epiroc since February 2025. Previously, Richard held the position of Director of Software Development at Bed Bath & Beyond from October 2023 to March 2025, leading engineering efforts across multiple e-commerce brands. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Engineering Manager at Clearcover, overseeing engineering and product development, and as Software Development Manager at Autonomous Solutions, Inc., managing projects in the Mining division. Richard also worked as Director of Software Development at Overstock from September 2010 to April 2018, leading teams in developing essential supply chain systems, and previously as Development Team Lead, focusing on agile development and increasing product variety. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Pre-law from Utah State University.
