Paul K. serves as the Chief Engineer at Epirus, leading the Preliminary Evaluation of Ground-based Anti-Swarm UAS System (PEGASUS) and successfully securing continued testing contracts for the ExDECS system. Previously, Paul held roles such as Senior Product Development Manager, ensuring the delivery of the ExDECS HPM Prototype for the US Navy amidst significant organizational challenges, and Senior Principal Systems Engineer, providing expertise in Prime Power for Directed Energy projects. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Northrop Grumman on the HELSI Program, at Raytheon as Principal Investigator for the IPEM Program, and engineering positions at NAVFAC. Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Energy Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Purdue University.
