Rebecca Menes

Rebecca Menes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in proposal writing and research. Currently serving as a Senior Proposal Writer at Epirus since March 2022, Rebecca previously held the position of Senior Researcher at SoHaR Inc. from February 2005 to April 2022. Earlier in Rebecca's career, a Post Doctoral Fellow role was undertaken at the University of California Santa Barbara from February 1997 to August 2001. Educational credentials include a PhD in Physics from the Weizmann Institute (1991-1996), a BSc in Physics and Mathematics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (1986-1989), and multiple GIS and Geospatial Technology certificates from UCLA Extension (2017-2019).
