Tracy Beltrane

Tracy Beltrane, SPHR, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tracy is currently the Director of People Strategy & Development at Epirus since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Manager of People Strategy & Development at the same company from March 2022 to December 2022.

Before joining Epirus, Tracy held positions at Neustar, Inc., where they served as the Talent Management & Development Manager from September 2019 to March 2022. Tracy also worked as an HR Business Partner Manager from September 2018 to September 2019, and as a Senior HR Business Partner from September 2017 to September 2018.

Tracy's professional journey also includes a role as an HR Business Partner at Alarm.com from January 2017 to September 2017.

Additionally, Tracy gained valuable experience at AOL, where they worked as an HR Business Partner from November 2015 to January 2017, and as an HR Operations Specialist from February 2014 to October 2015.

Tracy began their career as an HR Associate at Aerotek from September 2012 to February 2014. Prior to that, Tracy worked at The Art Institute of Washington, initially as an Admissions Coordinator from June 2010 to January 2011, and later as the Assistant Director of Admissions from January 2011 to September 2012.

Tracy Beltrane, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University, which they obtained between 2006 and 2010. In 2017, they received their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute. Additionally, Tracy has obtained several certifications, including Business Ethics for Managers and Leaders from LinkedIn (2021), Facilitation Skills Certificate and ATD Master Trainer from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) (2020), and various other certifications related to coaching, design thinking, and workshop facilitation.
