Heather Shepherd

Heather Shepherd serves as the Director of Educational Operations and the Director of Child Care Partnerships at Episcopal Children's Services, Inc., a position held since August 2016. Prior to this role, Heather was the Manager of Child Care Partnerships within the same organization. Heather holds a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching and a Bachelor of Arts in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management, both from Ashford University.
