Melanie Clough

Melanie Clough is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Early Childhood Education at Episcopal Children's Services, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing education and training programs for Head Start and related initiatives across twelve Florida counties. Melanie has a strong background in early learning and instructional coaching, previously holding positions such as Director of Early Learning and Lead Educational Services, focusing on quality improvement in early childhood environments and learning experiences. Educational qualifications include an Ed.D. in Education Leadership from the University of North Florida, along with other advanced degrees in Middle Grades Education. Additionally, Melanie has experience teaching at the collegiate level and has managed an indie rock band, showcasing a diverse skill set.
