Sandra Cruz

Sandra Cruz has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as the Manager of Administrations and HR Assistant/Recruiter at Episcopal Children's Services, Inc. since October 2015. In this role, Sandra oversees the organization and coordination of administrative offices in Jacksonville and Ocala, Florida, ensuring operational effectiveness and providing support to Head Start staff and leadership. Prior to this position, Sandra was the Lead Recruiter at Ramada Inn from January 2014 to August 2015, where responsibilities included managing the recruiting process and engaging with the community through job fairs and social media. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Club Melia by Melia Hotels International from May 2006 to October 2013 as a Sales Executive/TO/Sales Manager, where Sandra was recognized as "rookie of the year" for exceptional sales performance and was responsible for training and developing new hires.
