Aliya Hill is an experienced professional in the non-profit sector, currently serving as an Opportunity Development Coach and Program Manager at Episcopal Community Services in Philadelphia since September 2017. In the role of Opportunity Development Coach, Aliya assists individuals in developing executive functioning skills to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. As Program Manager, oversight is provided for the After School program at Finletter Elementary, funded by the Office of Children and Family Services and 21st Century Schools.
