Lee Hightower

Lee joins ECS with over 10 years of extensive experience and knowledge working in diversity, equity, and inclusion where he has been able to assess organizational effectiveness in addressing climate change and systemic social issues and successfully execute effective and fair processes. Lee is currently a NorCal Board Member at Duke University and previously held positions at Duke that include DEI Program Manager, Training Specialist, and DEI Representative (to name a few). Lee was also the DEI Department Manager at the University of San Francisco, Diversity and Community Relations Manager at Habitat for Humanity, and DEI Program Manager at Tides. Lee holds an M. Div. from Duke University, an M.A. in Theology an M.A. in Media Studies from the University of San Francisco, and a D&I Certificate from Cornell University.
