Stefanie Smith

Stefanie Smith serves as General Counsel and faculty member at Episcopal High School, teaching legal electives such as Introduction to Constitutional Law and Legal Principles and Trial Advocacy since 2014. In addition, Stefanie holds the position of Of Counsel at Ekstrand & Ekstrand LLP, specializing in various areas of law including employment law and litigation. Since 2014, Stefanie has contributed as Secretary-Rules Editor for the NCAA Women's Lacrosse Rules Committee, overseeing the drafting and interpretation of rules. Previous experiences include working as an Associate at Ekstrand & Ekstrand LLP, participating in significant trials, and holding several volunteer coaching positions in women's lacrosse at Georgetown University and Duke University. Stefanie earned a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor's Degree in History and Political Science from Duke University.
