Laura DiNatale

Laura DiNatale has extensive experience in the field of talent development and human resources. Laura is currently working as the Director of Talent Development at Episcopal SeniorLife Communities since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the same role at eHealth Technologies from June 2019 to January 2023. Before that, Laura served as the Director of People Resources at Goodwill of the Finger Lakes from August 2017 to May 2019. Laura also has experience as a People Resources Manager at ABVI-Goodwill from February 2014 to August 2017. Laura's earlier career includes various roles at Xerox Corporation, such as Sr. Human Resources Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions HR Specialist, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Program, Process & Operations Manager, Human Resources Transition Manager, Manager of Talent Acquisition Service Center, Industrial Relations Specialist/Human Resources Manager, and Human Resource Manager. Their tenure at Xerox Corporation started in October 1997 and lasted until August 2013.

Laura DiNatale is currently pursuing graduate courses in Human Resources Development at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan University. In addition, they hold a Leadership Coaching Certification from the University of Rochester - Warner School of Education & Ramerman Leadership Group, which they obtained in August 2018.
