Elisa Miranda

Elisa Miranda has a long and varied work experience in the IT industry. Elisa began their career in 2000 as an IT Leader and CIO with GE Money Portugal. In 2004, they moved to GE Commercial Finance as CIO and then to GE Money as CIO and member of the Senior Management Team. From 2007 to 2014, they worked with Barclays Bank Plc, first as a Barclaycard Senior Programme Manager, then as Head of Cards Operations and finally as Head of Change Delivery. In 2014, they joined Barclaycard UK Cards as a Programme Manager and then moved to First Data Corporation in 2015, where they held the role of Program Manager four times. From 2015 to 2020, they were Director of ECRM Solutions Ltd and is currently EMEA Programme Manager at Episode.

Elisa Miranda's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in French and Spanish from Aberystwyth University from 1984 to 1988, and a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems, General from The European University from 1992 to 1993.
