Dhruvi Shah

Dhruvi Shah has a diverse range of work experience. Dhruvi started their career as a Shift Manager with Dunkin' Brands in 2015, where they communicated concerns and expectations between managers and employees and resolved customer complaints. In 2021, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Starbucks, assisting with new employee training, conducting performance reviews, and managing equipment maintenance and ordering. In 2020, Dhruvi worked as an Event Planner at Shadi vibs, where they planned and coordinated all elements of weddings and collaborated with vendors. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Customer Service Agent at United Ground Express in 2022. Currently, Dhruvi is working as a Recruiter at EPITEC, developing job descriptions, attracting suitable candidates, and collaborating with department managers.

Dhruvi Shah completed their Master's degree in Meeting and Event Planning from the Institute of Event Management from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Karnavati University, where they studied from 2017 to 2020. Dhruvi Shah's high school education was completed at North-Grand High School, where they received their High School Diploma from 2014 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification called "Become a Tech Recruiter" from LinkedIn in February 2023.
