Esther Baraklandes

Esther brings over 25 years of global experience in alternative investments, high-tech investments, fund management, M&A, and 9 years as a cooperative lawyer.

Esther serves as a board member of Migdal–Makefet Insurance company as well as on its investment & Audit committee and on a few other Public & Private companies. Esther is also a board member of the Betzalel Academy of Art and Jerusalem Music & Dance Academy. She is President of Prowoman and CEO of IMA foundation.

As a former family office manager of Partam high-tech, founder and CEO of Nielsen Innovate Fund & Incubator, and co-founder of OpenValley, Esther invested in more than 60 startups some of which are now Unicorns and others were acquired by multinational companies. Esther was a board member of many of these companies and has facilitated many of these M&As.

Esther holds an LLB (law) & MBA degrees.
