Ronit serves as a board member for Ayalon Holdings and 4 other public companies and is personally familiar with the tight-knit community of entrepreneurs, scientists, investors, and government agencies- globally.

A former vice president at Battery Ventures, Ronit is respected corporate governance and business development expert who has led investments in successful global companies. She holds an MBA from Baruch College in New York City and Ph.D. in Psychology.
