Aloke Sharma

Aloke Sharma is a finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and business partnering. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Finance at EPL Limited since October 2023, Aloke previously held roles at CEAT Limited, including General Manager of Business Finance and General Manager of Accounts, where responsibilities encompassed financial reporting, budgeting, profitability analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to CEAT, Aloke was Finance Controller at Magna International, overseeing tax compliance and audit processes, and Assistant Finance Controller, focusing on budgeting, reporting, and treasury activities. Aloke's earlier career included positions at PwC India Assurance and Singhi & Co., where auditing and accounting expertise were developed. Aloke is a Chartered Accountant, with a degree from ICAI and a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xavier's College.
