Babu Bhaskaran

Babu Bhaskaran has over 17 years of experience in various HR leadership roles. Babu currently serves as the Vice President Human Resources at EPL Limited, where they lead a team of 30 HR professionals and has successfully implemented innovative HR strategies that contributed to cost savings, improved employee relations, and optimized hiring processes. Prior to EPL Limited, they held the position of Regional Human Capital Head at the company. Before that, they worked as the Head HR at Godrej Creamline Dairy Products Limited, where they managed organizational change and talent acquisition. Babu also served as the Employee Relations Manager at Unilever, where they formulated the ER strategy for South Asia and championed the use of technology in HR services. Earlier in their career, Babu held roles at RPG Enterprises and IITIIM.com, where they focused on talent acquisition, engagement interventions, and recruitment. Babu's experience demonstrates their expertise in driving business performance through innovative HR strategies and their ability to effectively manage organizational change and talent acquisition.

Babu Bhaskaran completed a Master of Arts (MA) in Human Resources Management & Labour Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) in Marketing & International Finance from South Indian Education Society, Nerul, between 2000 and 2003.
