Sunny Kumar

Sunny Kumar has extensive experience in human resources and performance management, currently serving as the Head of Performance and Rewards at EPL Limited since June 2017, following a role as Manager of Human Capital. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager and HR Project Manager at Shalina Healthcare from May 2010 to June 2017, where responsibilities included talent development, performance management, and the restructuring of performance management systems. Sunny Kumar’s career began with a comprehensive international management trainee program focusing on human resources and operations, with exposure to various countries including Angola, Nigeria, India, and UAE. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from SIBM, Pune, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Bhagalpur College of Engineering.
