Olive Teoh

Olive Teoh has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Olive is currently the Head of Total Rewards, Performance & People Services at Maxis since March 2023. Previously, they held the role of Head of Total Rewards & People Services at Maxis from February 2021 to February 2023. Before joining Maxis, Olive worked as the Head of People at Landmark Group from September 2017 to April 2019. Prior to that, they were the Group Senior HR Manager at Loob Holding Sdn Bhd from July 2016 to August 2017. Olive also gained experience as the Head of People at Tesco Stores (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd from April 2015 to April 2016, and as a Reward & Benefits Manager at Tesco from September 2013 to March 2015. Olive started their career as a Benefits Analyst at Marsh from September 2010 to August 2013. Before that, they worked as a Personnel Consultant at Adecco Personnel Sdn Bhd from January 2008 to June 2010. Olive's earliest work experience was as a Human Resource & Admin Executive at Dong Cheng from May 2006 to November 2007.

Olive Teoh holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland. Additionally, they have earned a certification as a Certified Financial Planner from the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia in 2012.
