Yeong Tyng C. is an experienced human resources professional specializing in total rewards and performance management. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Total Rewards and Performance Management at Mizuho since July 2025, Yeong Tyng previously held the position of Director of Group Office HR Performance & Rewards at AIA from July 2021 to June 2025. Prior to that role, Yeong Tyng served as SVP, Group HR Rewards at UOB from October 2018 to June 2021. Yeong Tyng's foundational experience includes several positions at Standard Chartered, including PRB Specialist for the Middle East and North Africa and Head of Performance, Rewards and Benefits at Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad. Yeong Tyng began a career in human resources at Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad as an HR Relationship Manager. Yeong Tyng holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne, earned between 2000 and 2003.
