Jena M. Harlos

Jena Harlos is a licensed attorney in both California and Wisconsin.

Prior to joining ePlace Solutions in 2019, Jena defended both small, local employers and large (including Fortune 500) companies against claims of discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination, as well as FMLA, CFRA, and ADA violations. She regularly counseled employers regarding sensitive employment matters (e.g. terminations) and compliance with new laws and regulations. She has provided training on a range of employment matters, including sexual harassment training.
