Chris de los Santos serves as the Head of Service Delivery and Operations at ePLDT since September 2014, leading high-impact transformation programs across various sectors, including AI, cloud services, and cybersecurity. With a strong background in IT business consulting, Chris has specialized in advising organizations on digital transformation and has held multiple leadership roles, including AVP and Head of the ePLDT Cloud Transformation Group and Head of Professional Services, focusing on enterprise architecture and managed service models. Prior experience includes significant positions at ePLDT/ABM Global Solutions, Accenture, and Oracle Philippines, where Chris managed projects across diverse technologies and industries. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas.
