David Guilinger

David Guilinger is the Director of Consulting Services at ePlus Inc. since June 2019, where responsibilities include developing CIO advisory and enterprise consulting practices to promote innovation in the industry and co-chairing the ePlus Cloud Technical Leadership Council. Prior to this role, David was a Senior Consultant and Cloud Infrastructure Architect, self-employed, where leadership was provided to accelerate Cloud program initiatives. David also served as Practice Director for Cloud Transformation & Strategy at Applied Cloud Systems, Chief Information & Privacy Officer at TeleTracking, and held various leadership positions in technology and infrastructure at organizations including Virtual Clarity, Gateway Health, McCarter & English LLP, Reed Smith LLP, DKW Law Group LLC, and SynergIT. Educational qualifications include a BSBA in Accounting from Robert Morris University.
