Freddie Santiago is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network engineering and solutions architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Solution Architect at ePlus Inc. since May 2023, Freddie previously held various technical roles, including Consulting System Engineer and Network Engineer at CCI Systems, where responsibilities included optimizing and deploying network infrastructure for service providers. At Charter Communications, Freddie progressed through several engineering roles, contributing to network planning and enhancements.
