James M.

James M. has a strong background in compliance and mortgage lending. James began their career in 1993 as a Branch Manager at CitiFinancial, where they provided training to employees on compliance and eventually became a Compliance Trainer. James then moved on to Crescent Mortgage in 2012, where they served as an Assistant Vice President - Compliance. In this role, they developed and monitored training programs to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Since 2015, James has been the Chief Compliance Officer at EPM, where they identify and implements methods to maintain compliance and recommends changes to existing programs. Overall, James M. has extensive experience in compliance and a deep understanding of mortgage lending laws and regulations.

James M. began their education at The University of Georgia in 1990, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Their studies at the university lasted until 1992.

In 2021, James M. enrolled in the Stagen Leadership Academy. Although they did not pursue a specific degree, they completed the Foundational Leadership Course (FLC) and received a certificate for their participation in the program.

Additionally, in December 2020, James M. obtained a certification as a Mortgage Action Alliance Member from the Mortgage Bankers Association.
