Maghaly FOURNIER possesses extensive experience in professional integration and support for individuals with disabilities and youth. Currently, at EPNAK since November 2018, Maghaly holds multiple positions including Cheffe de service Insertion Socio Professionnelle and Chargée de Développement et Coordinatrice pôle Insertion Socio Professionnelle, focusing on assisting people with disabilities in their return to employment through training. Prior to EPNAK, Maghaly worked at EPIDE from September 2012 to October 2018 as Conseillère en Insertion Professionnelle and Responsable d'équipe, guiding young adults aged 18 to 25 in achieving their social and professional goals. Early career roles included Référente Formation at MISSION LOCALE VERNON SEINE VEXIN and Conseillère en Insertion Professionnelle at Mission Locale La Rochelle Ré Pays d'Aunis, both emphasizing youth support for professional and social integration.
